SRVS has over 80 living sites in the community for adults and children with developmental disabilities. We offer a wide variety of living options: the independence and opportunities of Supported Living, the structure of Residential Habilitation homes, ICF/MR homes for those in need of more intensive medical and therapeutic needs, and PA Services which offers in-home supports to assist in self-help routine (bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, etc.) through a personal assistant.
Employment Concepts MORE
Through funding from the Tennessee Department of Human Services, Division of Rehabilitation Services, SRVS Employment Concepts program provides trained employment specialists and job coaches who evaluate work strengths, aptitudes, and interests, and place individuals in community jobs that fit their needs.

Case Management and Medication Administration
The primary goal is to assist individuals with accessing services and supports necessary to facilitate their desired vision for the future and to provide accurate, cost effective medications and consultation about medications by a Registered Nurse or Certified Pharmacy Technician.
