Community Living

The Community Living program began providing services to children and youth with disabilities in the early 1990’s. SRVS currently provides 80 locations of residential housing for individuals with disabilities. The homes range from having 3-4 beds in a residential home to 1-3 individuals living in a supported situation. Direct Care Staff provide 24-hour care which can include assistance with self-help routines like bathing, dressing, feeding and grooming, transporting individuals to appointments and activities in the community, and any other daily needs.

Community Living ICF comprehensive care homes are primarily for youth and young adults requiring 24-hour care including residential, therapy, behavior, nursing, case management and community participation.
