SRVS Employment Services provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities to be involved in the community through a job they enjoy that complements their strengths. Trained Employment Consultants and Job Coaches evaluate an individual's work strengths, aptitudes and interests to place them in jobs that meet their needs as well as the labor needs of the Memphis and Shelby County business community.
This no cost service is funded by the Division of Rehabilitation Services through the Department of Human Services.
These supported employees learn to become a part of their community through employment. They learn to master work skills, work ethic and earn money from competitive wages with the help and support of SRVS trained staff.
We have a list of featured job seekers looking for work in the Memphis community. Please email Troy Allen, Director of Employment Services, at troy.allen@srvs.org if you have a lead on any jobs.
